In this lesson you'll learn how to select areas using the Select>Color Range feature. In the process, you'll learn about settings such as Fuzziness, Eyedroppers, Previews and Localized Color Clusters. We'll also talk about how to automatically select the highlights, shadows, midtones or skintones in an image, which can be quite useful when creating actions.Note: The downloadable practice images for this lesson have been compressed into a .zip file. You'll have to double-click on the file to extract its contents after download before you'll be able to open the images in Photoshop.
NOTE: Some Windows users have reported issues accessing the video playback controls. While we're working on the issue, here's a Temporary Workaround: Click "Introduction" in the table of contents to the right of the video and then immediately click within the video to give it focus. After doing so, use the spacebar to play/pause the video and the left/right arrow keys to scrub forward or backward within the video.
