In this lesson you'll learn how to perform retouching on repeating patterns such as brick and clapboard siding. You'll often run into difficulty aligning the horizontal lines in this type of image and you may be able to fix that problem using puppet warping. I'll also share a trick that allows you to go beyond what is possible with the Clone Source Panel by using a sneaky trick to fool the Healing Brush into copying from content that is not visible in your image.
NOTE: Some Windows users have reported issues accessing the video playback controls. While we're working on the issue, here's a Temporary Workaround: Click "Introduction" in the table of contents to the right of the video and then immediately click within the video to give it focus. After doing so, use the spacebar to play/pause the video and the left/right arrow keys to scrub forward or backward within the video.
I'm currently traveling interionally which prevents me from having the focus needed to tackle this issue while I'm away. We hope to have this issue resolved by the end of August or soon after. I will then focus on adding a Mark as Watched indivator and the ability to add private notes to a lesson. I had wanted to get these things done before my trip started, but recording enough lessons to cover the time I'd be away took longer than expected.
