Multi-processed Raw

In this lesson you'll learn how to blend together multiple version of the same raw file that have different Lightroom or ACR settings applied to create an idealized image. This is an alternative to combining multiple exposures into an HDR image. We'll also take a look at creating complex selections using channels, applying retouching up against the edge of objects and using the Blending Sliders when combining images.Note: The downloadable practice file for this lesson has been compressed into a .zip archive. You'll need to double-click on the file after downloading before attempting to open the image in Photoshop.

NOTE: Some Windows users have reported issues accessing the video playback controls. While we're working on the issue, here's a Temporary Workaround: Click "Introduction" in the table of contents to the right of the video and then immediately click within the video to give it focus. After doing so, use the spacebar to play/pause the video and the left/right arrow keys to scrub forward or backward within the video.
