Order Processing Turnaround Time

Orders are processed weekdays, Monday through Friday. Express orders received before 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time normally ship the same day. Other orders normally ship within one to two business days of receipt. Exceptions to this schedule may occur on the day following a three-day weekend and during the weeks of the Christmas season.

Tracking Your Package

When your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you which includes a link to tracking information for your order. Tracking features vary by the type of shipping method you choose. UPS provides the most up-to-date and informative tracking data, while the United States Post Office offers much less detailed information, often only indicating when the package reached its final destination. DHL tracking info varies by destination.

International Ship-To Countries

Digitalmastery.com gladly accepts orders from all around the globe and ships to over 50 countries (see list below). Shipping rates and fees will vary depending on the delivery address for your order. To see the shipping rate information specific to your order's destination, select your desired product(s), click the "checkout" button at the bottom of the page, and enter your address information. Your shipping options and rates will display in the Shipping dropdown menu. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue a refund (less shipping costs) if returned within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a refund we require that all disks and boxes must be returned and in like-new condition. Digitalmastery.com reserves the right to refuse damaged or incomplete returns. Send returns to the address below. Make sure to include a copy of the email receipt (which includes your order number) and a note indicating that you want a refund. Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase amount of your product, less shipping costs. All refunds will be credited back to the original purchasing card. If you received the product in damaged condition, we will refund you the entire amount, including shipping. Cancelling an Order

If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping system, it cannot be canceled by our customer service department. In some cases, the order will enter the shipping process very quickly, in other cases, such as orders that are placed on a weekend, there could be a delay, which will enable us to cancel your order. Many of you have asked about having access to the images used in Ben's seminars. Alas, because of copyright issues with many of the images, this has not been arranged. Our apologies. Ben is working on updating his seminar images so that more of them can be made available to attendees.

Questions about HDR Mastery DVD

Navigating the DVD
On the main screen of the DVD, the Class list is contained in a column on the left side of the browser window. As you click different Classes, you will see the Chapter list (directly below it) change to reflect the Chapters that are contained in that class. The first class is Shooting for HDR. This section contains four Chapters which cover shooting for HDR. There are three other Classes (Merging Exposures, Processing HDR Files, and Enhancement), each containing multiple chapters. If you click Resources in the lower right part of the browser window, you will see a link where you can download the HDR Actions, as well as a link to purchase the Photomatix Pro software (optional). No login name or password is needed to access the classes contained on the DVD.

Troubleshooting the DVD
HDR Mastery uses Quicktime to present its content. Most people who have problems with playing  this DVD (including the problem of scrambled video, but good audio) need to upgrade their Quicktime software to a newer version. Go to http://www.apple.com/quicktime to download a newer version of Quicktime. In almost every case this has solved any problems playing the DVD.

Photomatix Pro
